Larry Blanc Obituary
Services: Tues., Apr. 19, 11 a.m.
A Mass of Catholic Burial will be held at St. Francis Church, 900 H St., Tuesday, April 19, at 11:00 a.m., for Larry Lee Blanc, 69, who passed away April 13, 2005 in Bakersfield. Father Craig Harrison will officiate. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Southwest Memorial Park, 2739 Panama Lane, in Bakersfield.
Larry was born March 27, 1936 in Bakersfield and resided here all of his life. He was employed with Chevron Pipeline as an accountant for 31 years.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 42 years, Dora Blanc on September 13, 2004. Larry is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Michele and Tim Cooper of Bakersfield; son and daughter-in-law, Steven and Kim Blanc of Sacramento; grandchildren, Hannah Cooper, Meghan Cooper and Abigail Blanc; sister and brother-in-law, Sandy and Chuck Fenton; and nephew, Curt Fenton. Pallbearers will be Roger Hay, Michael Hay, Tim Cooper, Steven Blanc, Danny Geisler and Curt Fenton.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Optimal Hospice. No visitation is scheduled.
