Virginia Kidd Obituary
Virginia Klise Kidd ("Ginny") died on August 14, 2017 after an eight month battle with cancer. A resident of Pylesville, MD, Ginny is survived by her husband Kenneth M. Kidd, her sons Philip B. Kidd of New York NY, and Peter G. Kidd, and Peter's wife Su, of Baltimore, and her brother Web Klise, and his wife Peggy, of Check Va. Ginny worked for T. Rowe Price as a Portfolio Manager in the Stable Value group before retiring in 2013. She was a graduate of Washington & Lee High School, Sweet Briar College, and the University of North Carolina Business School. Ginny was an avid rider her entire life. A celebration of her life will be held at 2:00 pm, on Saturday, September 9 at the family home, 5100 Rocks Rd, Pylesville MD, 21132. In lieu of flowers, donations should be made in her name to Sweet Briar College, Office of Development, P.O. Box 1057, Sweet Briar VA, 24595, or online at sbc.edu.

I feel deep sorrow over the loss of Ginny. I had the privilege of calling her my client and friend for many years. I would look forward to calling her as we would inevitably chat for hours about our children and her horses. Ginny was a passionate and energetic soul. One of a kind. She will be missed by all her knew her.

I am very sorry to hear of Ginny's passing. I had worked with her since 2001 on the Stable Value System. She was a valued mentor and a wonderful person. She will be greatly missed.

Ken and family, I had the honor and privilege of working with Ginny for nearly 10 years. She was a consummate professional and I was always impressed with her work ethic, attention to detail and strong customer orientation.
