Aaron's Obituary

Aaron Kyle Richardson II, 15 of Cedar Rapids, died Monday, September 7, 2015. Homegoing services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, September 14, 2015 at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church, located at 6621 C Avenue NE. Burial will be in Oakhill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday, September 13, 2015 at Brosh Chapel in Cedar Rapids, located at 2121 Bowling Street SW. Aaron was born November 1, 1999 in Chicago, the son of Loise Brown and Aaron Richardson at St. Bernard Hospital. He graduated from McKinley Middle School and was currently a student at Washington High School. Aaron loved basketball, playing video games, writing poetry and was a natural born leader. Everyone that met Aaron loved him, and he will be greatly missed. Aaron is survived by his mother Loise Brown of Cedar Rapids; father Aaron Richardson of Chicago; stepfather Kevan Clark; his brother Troy Mims of Cedar Rapids; four sisters Lauren Richardson, Karmen Clark, Kyra Clark and Kourtney Clark; grandmother Andrea Brown of Chicago as well as host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Aaron was preceded in death by his grandmother Gloria Richardson, great-grandfather Jim Strahan, an uncle Tim Richardson, and a great-uncle Shaun Brown. A memorial fund has established in his name at Dupaco Community Credit Union. #Aaron Richardson Memorial Fund.
