Not sure what to say?

Miss Gemme, thank you for everything you gave to Central High over the years. My english class with you was memorable and fun. Your legacy will live on through your students and you will never be forgotten!

Abby—I so wish time and distance had not interrupted our lives. We had many laughs during our years “ruling” Central High School in 92. Reading the many thoughts and memories on this page only reinforces what I already knew, you were a remarkable person, making an impact everyday—changing lives—I wish I could have been there over the past years to see more of your impact in person. I recall a conversation we had about some of the short stories you had thought in your classes, and one...

So sorry to hear about this sad news. Abby, your inspiration will live on ! We will all miss you dearly

Dear Michael,
I met you when you came to sub at Central. I didn't remember this until hearing you mention your subbing in your beautifully done eulogy. I was impressed by you then and I was impressed by you once again. I hope you get to read this, not that it is important in the grand scheme of things by any stretch but rather because I so want you to know how wonderfuly you did with the eulogy. Abby was important to you and this is all terribly hard. However, you certainly rose to...

We love you

Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering you and your loved one today and always❤

Ms. Gemme was the kindest person. She always asked about my daughter and my son by name even though she only had Alli for 1 elective class and never had George in class. She always put students first and was the kind of teacher that one remembers long after graduating. She will be greatly missed! We need more like her.

I was so lucky to have such a wonderful coach and role model. In my time as her athlete I felt so cared for and seen by her. You are so loved, Coach Gemme

Abby is my cousin. Our fathers were brothers.

We have such admiration for Abby and all that she has accomplished. Her love and commitment of her school and her students is just so wonderful. She will be so missed by everyone. Taken way too soon.

We love you Abby.
Say hello to our dads: Brothers—Emmet and Frank and our moms Rose Jean and Leila.

You are joining them way too soon. But, you will be in good company!

You will be so missed...

I was so fortunate to share my Hillside and Central years with such a wonderful person. So many great memories. Thank you for always being there for me and my family. I'm wearing my green for you today, Abby!
