It was a joy and a privilege to be your mother’s hairdresser at Royal Estates.
She was one of the most elegant ladies I have ever known. Proud of her children!
You all are in my thoughts and prayers!

Margaret was a loving, caring wonder soul. I have been blessed by being an extended member of their family. Not blood related by choice.

Adella Margaret Moss, 88, of Wichita Falls, passed away on Friday, February 27, 2026 at Hospice of WF.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 7th, 2026 at Owens and Brumley Chapel in Wichita Falls with Pastor Randy Osborn officiating. Interment will follow at Crestview Memorial Park under the direction of Owens and Brumley Funeral Home of Wichita Falls.
Margaret was born to Mattie Flara (McDonald) and Thomas L. Clark on June 14, 1937 in Abilene, Texas. Margaret married the love of her life George W. Moss on December 31, 1952 and they were married until his death in 2020. They were life-long Baptist raising their four children at Faith Baptist Church on Rhea Road which they attended for many years. Later they moved their membership to First Baptist Church where they loved socializing with other seniors and Margaret loved singing in the Glory Choir. They spent time at their cabins at Old Lake Bowie and later at Lake Nocona enjoying time with family and friends. She and George were members of the Good Sam’s Camping and RV Club and enjoyed taking longer trips around the U.S. and Canada with family and friends. Margaret got to take her dream vacation to Israel with a church group.
Margaret was a stay-at-home Mom until she went to work at the General Hospital’s dietary department once her youngest child started school. She later went to Bethania School of Vocational Training and got her LVN license in nursing. She worked a short time at the hospital, in a doctor’s office and then found her passion doing private duty nursing and did until her retirement. Once retired, Margaret volunteered at the snack bar at Bethania Hospital and became a volunteer at Hospice. She loved her water aerobics class at The Downtown YMCA and religiously exercised there until Covid hit and classes were canceled in 2020.
Margaret Moss is survived by children Jill Beavers, Marilyn Lopez, Alan Moss and Kenneth Moss; grandchildren Micheal Dorman, Erin Lewis, Richard Williams, Robert Williams, Rusty Moss and Shelby Moss; 13 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandson; sister-in-law, Shirley Crawford.
