Adrian's Obituary
Adrian Mendez Jr., a loving devoted husband, father, and grandfather, went to his heavenly home December 13, 2021. He was born on August 17, 1941, and is a native of Tempe, Arizona. He served in the United States Air Force as a jet engine mechanic and, as soon as he was discharged, he started working for Garrett Ai Research, which is now Honeywell.
He survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Cecilia and daughters, Teresa (Robert), Loretta (Andy), and Carmela (David), along with sons; Adrian III (Ronelle) and Luis Mendez, as well as his 11 grandchildren.
Services will be held 10:30 am Thursday, December 23, 2021 at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 2121 S. Rural Rd. Tempe, AZ.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Vincent de Paul.
