Not sure what to say?

Good friend, he will be missed.

A friend and fellow ham operator. I hd many good talks with him at hamfests and on the air. Also being frm the same town I enjoyed his friendship. God bless his family and the best of 73 and DX. To you. .-.-. De. W0ARS

Al was the real deal. Always had time to talk, tell a few jokes and have some good laughs. Say hello to Judy for me Al!

Alan and I were longtime friends. We went to high school together and later worked on the All School Reunion committee. He was a very nice man!

Sorry for your loss. Al will be missed by all that knew him. God's blessings to all. Dave and Sandy Nelson.

My deepest sympathy. He was a great neighbor growing up and actually stopped a few years ago when my brother passed to help do yard work. He told many stories of us kids. Many of which we had forgotten. He was such a great guy.

Your family has my sympathy.

When I read Alan’s obituary and saw he worked at the Norka. I wondered if he worked for my Dad. Dale Sypherd who owned the Norka and the dime store Sypherds Variety. Sound like Alan had a wonderful life
