This obituary is such a well-written tribute to a life well lived by Al. He was a great husband to Carol, a great parent and teacher to his family, and a great caring friend to us. We have had the pleasure of his friendship for many years and will surely miss him. Rest in Peace Al!

My heart goes out to all Alan's family. I have enjoyed being with Alan I think 10 years. Loved going to see him and Carol thank you for your kindness. Alan will be missed.

Carol and family, we are neighbors in Crystalwood. We are so sorry for your loss. We didn’t have the pleasure of knowing Alan but whenever we drove by he’d always smile and wave. Such a friendly man. Our deepest condolences to all. May your great memories and each other give all of you comfort.

We are sorry to hear about the death of our dear friend Al. he was a great friend and we enjoyed many visits with him and Carol. We spent many vacations with him and his family. He will be missed by all.
