Pat was born August 4, 1942, in Heavener, OK to Dewey and Helen Wright. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Alan Haile; her parents; her brothers, Lewis, Dewey, and Dale Wright and niece, Jennifer Wright. She is survived by her youngest brother, Lonnie Wright; nephews, James and Jeremy Wright; niece, Missy Koch (Jay Koch).
Alan was born September 15, 1952, in Patterson to Forrest V. Haile and Frances V. Haile, who preceded him in death. He is survived by his brother, Roy Haile; nephew, Roy Jr. Haile; niece, Jennifer Haile; great-nieces, Jordyn Haile and Denise Cerutti; great-nephews, Forrest Haile and Garrett Haile. Alan loved fishing and hunting and especially treasured time outdoors with family and friends. He was a longtime member of the Patterson Masonic Temple and was also a proud member of Shriner's International.
Alan and Pat were married on May 30, 1981, beginning a partnership filled with devotion and adventure. Shortly after completing training, Alan was deployed to Europe, and Pat joined him soon after. She often said those years abroad were the happiest of her life. During their time overseas, both of their mothers visited frequently, and together they traveled widely, exploring many countries and historic sites.
Following Alan’s discharge from the Army, they returned to Patterson. Alan began work with the Turlock Mosquito Abatement District, where he was respected for his dedication and strong work ethic. Pat worked at Westan Growers and spent many years in banking, a career she truly enjoyed—including during their time in Europe. The couple later made their home in Turlock, where they continued building a life centered on family. They hosted many gatherings with family and friends. Pat and Alan loved to cook and always were great hosts.
In her early twenties, Pat was honored as a beauty queen in a local contest in Newman, CA. She was also a longtime and devoted member of the Order of the Eastern Star, reflecting her commitment to service, fellowship, and faith.
Together, Alan and Pat will be remembered for their unwavering devotion to one another, their love of travel and family, and the warmth and kindness they extended to all who knew them. Their shared life stands as a lasting example of partnership, perseverance, and enduring love.
