Not sure what to say?

A plethora of memories come back with I think of Mr. Giddings. He had so much energy for what he taught, and he certainly had his work cut out for him dealing with junior high mentalities and antics. He had a whole bunch of maps on the wall in the front of the room, and I can still see him pulling down a map and being excited to teach about whatever country we were studying. Once he pulled down a map and it came off the wall and the wooden roller hit him on the head. Being the junior high...

Rest in peace dear neighbor. What a beautiful tribute to Al from his former students.

I remember him well. He always seemed to travel during the summers and returned with slides and presentations on his travelsgreat teacher. Rest in Peace Sir.

I loved him as a teacher. I learned alot in his Social Studies class. He was very passionate about his teaching. I loved it when he brought in slides from trips he took like the Egypt trip he took.

Had Mr. Giddings as a teacher in Jr. High over 50 years ago; he was very good. I am sorry to hear of his passing but thankful he lived a good long life. Condolences to his family and loved ones.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

One of my favorite teachers

Thank you for being a part of educating the class of 81.

I remember having Mr Giddings for class. He was always very entertaining. He and my Dad taught together in Savanna for many years. He was a very nice man
