Saturday, I loss my Uncle Al . . . A kinder man never lived . . . He brough happenness to his nices and nephews . . I will surly miss him and will always remember the summer visits and the shots of Sambuca . . . . He was my last living Uncle . . . . God Bless You, Uncle Al . . . I will keep you in my prayers ... Paventy, 96, of Waterbury, passed away Saturday October 13, 2012 at VITAS Innovative Hospice Care Center at St. Mary's Hospital surrounded by his loving family. He was the husband of the late Mary C. (Guarino) Paventy.Albert was born in Waterbury on October 18, 1915, son of the late Bonifacio and Carlotta (Carlone) Paventy. Albert was the Founder of Ben- Art Manufacturing Co. Inc. and was involved with the business for over 60 years. He retired at the age of 88. He was a loving and devoted husband and father. Albert was an avid golfer and member of the Watertown Golf Club for 20 years and charter member of the Prospect Country Club.Albert leaves two sons, Benny Paventy of Watertown, Robert Paventy and his wife Donna of Cheshire, two daughters, Judy Stigberg and her husband Richard of Watertown, Jean Bianchini of Narragansett RI, eleven grandchildren and eight great- grandchildren.The Family would like to extend a special thank you to Ms. Dorothy Knight for the kindness and compassion she showed Albert during his careArrangements: Funeral will be held Wednesday, 10:00 a.m. from Chase Parkway Memorial/The Albini Family Funeral Home 430 Chase Parkway to SS.
