Not sure what to say?

I will hold Al and Rita in my heart forever. I was so blessed to be able to be a part of their lives through Tom. They were always so cheerful and loving. I looked forward to every holiday that I knew I would be able to see them. Al always made a point to have a chat with me. He would ask me about my job and my life and was genuinely interested in me and Margo. It made me feel very special. I am so glad Al and Rita are together now. Laughing and having a drink. They will forever be...

Al Cortopassi was a pillar of our little community in Bridgeton, MO. Al was like a bonus Dad for me and I loved him like a father. Our little neighborhood was in a subdivision called Carrolton and it now lies buried under the end of the newest runway at St. Louis International Airport. We lived on a big circular street on a hill at the top of Latham Lane. I was, unfortunately, in town on a visit and happened to see the bulldozers burying all of Latham Lane, spreading lime as they went along....

Dear Joe and Tom,
We were so sad to hear of your father’s passing. You had such great parents! I remember so many wonderful times that we had over at your house and other places where we all gathered as family to celebrate events, share stories, enjoy great food, and of course lots of laughter! May God bless you and your families with many more years ahead with special times spent together. We will never forget our very much loved Rita and Al. Love you both, Ellen and Jay Rechtien

Rest in peace Al. Good husband, father, grandfather and friend!

To the Cortopassi Family - May Mr. Cortapassi rest in peace and prayers for him and the family.

Al, I miss our friendship and times together at at Cape Albeon. I can't think that we will not continue our dinners together,.You were and are a good man who is already terribly missed by both Mary Lou and I. But you and Rita are together again,as it should be. Take care my friend.

A sad goodbye to Al, a good man, husband and father .We cherish our time meeting and knowing him. Mary Lou and Bill.
