Not sure what to say?

Al was one of the first new friends I made at LaGrange High School when I entered my sophomore year in the 1970-71 school year. He was so pleasant, a truly sweet guy, made friends easy and was instantly likable with his first words to you. A sunny disposition and always smiling, truly a good guy and I can't imagine anyone who didn't love him. We spoke daily at school for at least a moment and often more. So very sad to hear, growing up with Jonathan as one of my closest friends in school, I remember seeing him at the school trips, and taking us wacky kids to see whatever film was popular at the theater. He was a very patient man, who loved his family dearly. Without a doubt someone who who will be sorely missed by anyone who has ever known him.

So sorry for your loss. Mr. Landry was such a kind and gentle soul. Our prayers go out to each of you.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family. Al was a great neighbor and always had a smile and kind words to say.

Dear cousin, our shared childhood memories are some of my best memories. You were always kind and fun to have around. I can see us dancing to swamp pop and French music; running the bases, playing ping pong, and eating crawfish, fried fish, or Barbeque. As adults we have not been able to connect very often but it was always such a treat to see you and hug you.

May God’s peace be with your sweet wife and son and his family and your brothers and sisters-in-law. I know your presence...

Jonathan I am so sorry to read of the passing of your Dad. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. May he rest in heavenly peace. ✝
