Alice's Obituary

Alice Mae Bintner, 77, of Burkburnett, passed away Tuesday, September 17, 2024.

The family will receive friends between 3 and 5 p.m. Sunday, September 22, 2024 at Owens & Brumley Funeral Home in Burkburnett. Funeral services celebrating Alice’s life will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, September 23, 2024 at Central Baptist Church in Burkburnett with Rev. James Porterfield, officiating.  Interment will follow at Burkburnett Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home in Burkburnett.

Alice was born on September 15, 1947 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to the late Walter and Annie (Roberts) Moon.  On December 22, 1967, she married the love of her life, Pat Bintner in Bellville, Illinois.  Alice was a longtime member of Central Baptist Church in Burkburnett.  She enjoyed jigsaw puzzles, reading, and she loved her dogs.

Along with her parents, she was also preceded in death by her daughter, Laura Ann Bintner.

She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Pat Bintner of Burkburnett; her two sisters, Mary Harrold of Florida, and Virginia Chapman of Burkburnett; two brothers, Walter Moon Jr. of Oklahoma, and Joe Moon of Texas; her sister-in-law, Sue Moon of Burkburnett; and four nephews, Simon Chapman, Jody Moon, Kenny Moon, and Tim Chapman all of Burkburnett.
