Alicia S. Rodriguez age 66, went home to be with Our Lord peacefully on July 8, 2025 at Valley Baptist Medical Center surrounded by love of family. Native of Harlingen born January 2, 1959 to Everardo Suarez and Amelia Flores, Alicia was a lifelong resident of Harlingen.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Rogelio Rodriguez, two sons, Rogelio Rodriguez Jr. and Jesse Rodriguez, her sister, Ana Maria Suarez, her brother, Everardo Suarez Jr. and her mother, Amelia Flores Suarez.
Alicia is survived by her six children, Rogelio Rodriguez III, Lupe Yanez (Krystal Yanez), Joe Eric Yanez, Bianca Rodriguez (Rudy Martinez), Araceli Marie Garcia and Fabian Garcia Jr., ex-husband, Fabian Garcia, 13 Grandchildren, Mariyah Rodriguez, Rogelio Jesse Rodriguez, Kaylee Rodriguez, Lina Rodriguez, Allyson Yanez, Serenity Yanez, Acelyn Yanez, Nelly Yanez, Heavenly Yanez, Jesse Yanez, Jocelyn Martinez, Isabella Martinez, Audrey Hinojosa, 1 great granddaughter, Jazelle Mancillas, her father, Everardo Suarez, her siblings, Beatrice Alvarez, Susana Gonzalez, Ignacio Suarez, Everardo Suarez Jr., Maria Eulalia Suarez and Delia Gutierrez. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will begin at 5:00 pm Saturday July 12, 2025 at 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm with a prayer service of the Holy Rosary to begin at 7:00 pm led by Micaela Dones and Gracie Duran at Trinity Funeral Chapel of the Holy Spirit. After prayer a Celebration of Life will begin with family and friends to share their fondest memories of Alicia.
