Not sure what to say?

Sally. Heard about the passing of Gene. Prayers for him and all family. So very sorry for your loss. Love and blessings. Suzanne

In search of my late maternal grandmothers biological family, I discovered I was related to Gene as a half first cousin 3x removed. I believe Gene and my late grandmother, Joyce, were first cousins through her biological father in the Koeneman and Onken family line. After reading all of the wonderful things people are saying about Gene, I think he and my grandmother would have been great friends. I'm sad I didn't know Gene, but feel fortunate to have been related to someone so dearly loved by...

In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always. We remember how kind you were as our neighbors when your family lived across the street from us. Our deepest sympathies. May God bless you and your family.

May the peace of God be with you and may your soul rest with our Lord Jesus, and his Blessed mother.

You have my deepest sympathy. Wish I could be there tomorrow but am sick. Sending thoughts and prayers to you and family.

Gene was my #1 cousin and his dad was my Godfather. Gene got me interested in being a police officer He was the perfect example of an officer with integrity, kindness and compassion. I’m also retired from law enforcement, but, the torch has been passed to my son.

R.I.P, Gene! You set the bar for us all.

Gene was a fine gentleman, I only wish I could have gotten to know him better.

Sally, so sorry to hear of Gene’s passing. I will keep him, you and family in my prayers. I miss seeing you. Love to you and family. Suzanne Amico Althoff
