Alvaro's Obituaries

Alvaro J. Reduzzi, 74, of Pen Argyl, passed away, Saturday, June 10, 2023, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Muhlenberg Campus.  He was the husband of Gail A. (Donovan) Reduzzi, they celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary, June 19, 2022. 

Born in Easton, March 11, 1949, he was the son of the late Alvaro J. and Nellie (Caponigro) Reduzzi. 

Prior to retiring, he was employed as a union electrician by IBEW Local #367. 

Al was a 1967 graduate of Pen Argyl High School.  He enjoyed playing golf and was a member of Green Pond Golf Association and was a youth football coach for the Pen Argyl Green and White Association.  In the past he enjoyed hunting and fishing. 

In addition to his wife Gail, he is survived by four sons, Paul J. and his wife Rebecca of Pen Argyl, Tony M. and his wife Stephanie of Bangor, Chris J. of Blairstown, and Bill S. of Raleigh, NC, ten grandchildren, Nicole and her husband Rob, Morgan and her husband Will, Lauren, Michael, Allison, Katie, Mary, Grace, Sophia and Rocco, two great grandchildren, Robby and Everett, and a brother Neil and his wife Lynn. 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Carl. 

Graveside services will be private at St. Elizabeth’s Cemetery, Pen Argyl.  The Ruggiero Funeral Home, LLC, Pen Argyl is in charge of arrangements.
