Dear Gary McKendall. I am sorry to hear of Alvera's loss. The two of you were loving friends to me. I enjoyed being with the two of you at Franklin Avenue Baptist Church. May God take care of you.

Alvera's Obituary

Alvera McKendall, born on March 29, 1940, transitioned to be with the Lord on November 23, 2024. Services to honor her life will be held on November 30, 2024, at Doyle Funeral Home, located at 2430 Fourth Street, Slidell, Louisiana, beginning at 10am. Following the service, interment will take place at Williams Cemetery #2, 28183 Main Street, Lacombe, Louisiana. May the Lord strengthen and comfort her family during this time of bereavement.
