Amy's Obituary

Amy Marie Duncan, age 49, of Pensacola, Florida passed away February 28, 2026 at Florida West Hospital in Pensacola, Florida. She was born February 13, 1977 in Poplar Bluff, MO, the daughter of John and Sarah (Seaborn) Duncan.

A former resident of Piedmont, Amy worked as the office manager for Duncan Ready Mix alongside her family for many years. She was a 1995 graduate of Clearwater High School and attended Arkansas State University and Southwest Missouri State University. She had attended the Faith Assembly of God Church in Greenville.

Preceding her in death is her father, John Duncan.

Survivors include her mother, Sarah Duncan of Piedmont, two sons, John Andrew Duncan and his fiancé Michala Stone of Sedgewickville, MO, Brett Jackson of Kingsland, GA, and her sister, Kelly Kuppart and her husband Casey of Cape Girardeau, MO.

Also surviving is her niece, Alexis Dorris and her husband Colton of Nashville, TN, two great nephews, Henry Dorris and Lincoln Dorris; along with many cousins and other family and friends.

Visitation was held at 12:00 PM Saturday at the Morrison Funeral Chapel in Piedmont. Funeral services followed at 2:00 PM Saturday at the funeral home chapel with Bro. Kenny Burchard officiating. Special recorded songs were played for the service and Andrew Duncan, Brett Jackson, Jay Seaborn, Toney Seaborn, Michael Kinnard and Danny Kinnard served as Pall Bearers. Interment was in the Duncan Cemetery near Williamsville.

Memorials have been suggested to the Alzheimer’s Association.
