Amy Lynn Heiney

Amy Lynn Heiney, 48, passed away early Saturday morning, August the 16th, 2025, at her Aunt’s home in Bluejacket, OK, after a long and courageous battle with cancer.

She was born in Joplin, MO on July the 19th, 1977 to Buddy Lee Heiney and Sylvia (Adams) Heiney. She was a homemaker.

Amy had previously lived in Commerce, OK and Seneca, MO.

She is preceded in death by her father.

She is survived by an aunt, Winnie Durbin of Bluejacket; and an uncle, Ralph Heiney and wife Sandy of Bluejacket; along with numerous cousins.

The family will hold a Celebration of Life at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August the 30th, 2025, at New Hope Church in Bluejacket. Pastor Fred Mills will officiate.
