I’m going to miss my Tio Andres, but I’m comforted having the many years of memories he left behind in my mind. My uncle was always very loving and extremely caring, he will never be forgotten.
Rest in eternal peace Tio, relax and be without any worries or pain. Look down on us with God from heaven until we see you again.

Thank you Papa for everything!
All the good memories will remain in our lives.
I remember the days that you used to drop me off and pick me up from work. The times that we watched Mr. Bob, from the Price is Right!
And the times that you cooked for the whole family. One of your dishes that I’ve learned and never forget is your spanish/mexican rice.
You will be missed dearly. You might be gone but definitely not forgotten. You will be always in our hearts!

Andres is my son and daughter’s great grandfather. I’m so blessed to have met such a sweet, loving, and caring person. He always made sure everyone was okay no matter if you were family or not. I will forever cherish all the memories I had with him. Me, Zack and Lilly love you and miss you dearly Grandpa Bozo

Andres S. Amezcua born on Nov. 2nd 1933 and Peacefully passed in his home with his closest family members: wife, daughter and first grandson, on September 22nd, 2024. He was diagnosed with CHF in early 2023 and suffered condition and sustained 4 myocardial infarctions, but maintained a good and optimistic spirit for life.
He was married to Adelita Montoya for 60 years. They met and resided in L.A. county in the mid 60's and later moved to Northern California. They had 2 children, Andrew and Annette. Annette's son Alex and Andrew and wife Gina Lee Amezcua have 3 children, Cora, Carlo and Louie. Alex has 2 Children, Lilly and Zechariah.
Andres was a simple man who loved games shows, animal planet Jeopardy, the Latest News on current events, politics, T.V. in general. The outdoors as well, fishing especially and taking family on outdoor adventures in his younger years. Most of his adult life was lived in the Santa Clara County for over 50 years. Where he lived with wife Adelita and Daughter Annette who was a personal caregiver to Andres until his passing.
We want to remember him as a man who always wanted to be around his family rather that would be his last surviving brother in Los Angeles, and his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Didn't really travel, to find happiness but rather found happiness in the simplicity of life. His last months lived he loved going to farmers market with wife and daughter to get corn and fruits. Or simply going to get iced coffee through drive through and taking those sunset drives seeing the outdoors. Simple yet beautiful, never to be forgotten.
