Mr. Jenkins leaves to cherish his memories, a loving wife, Hazel Jenkins; son, Capt. Andrew L. Jenkins, Jr.; daughters, Krystal Jenkins, Andrea Jenkins; brother, James Jenkins, sister, Regina Jenkins.
