Angela Perkins was born in Chicago, Illinois but, raised in Gary Indiana.
Angela graduated from Martin Luther King Academy in 1984.
She was a loving mother, daughter, friend and sister. She loved to cook and clean. She was the type of person that would give you the emotional support whenever you need her. she was fun to be around, and her smile would light up a room
She is preceded in death by her father, Phillip R. Perkins; grandparents: Fred and Ruth English; sister, Rosella I Perkins and a host of aunts and uncles.
She leaves behind to cherish her memories mother, Priscilla Perkins; 4 children: Hosea Perkins, Helisha Perkins Tyrell Perkins and Darcell Perkins; 5 grandchildren: Sunsearay Perkins, Amillyia Sanders, Derionna Nevaeh Viaud, Brooklyn Angela Viaud, Darcell Perkins, Jr.; nieces and nephews: Dontae Moore, Vonsha Perkins, Veronica Perkins, Priscilla Cottingham, Omari Perkins, Yasmin Layn.
