Anita Anne Beaumont

Seventy years have flown by,
yet through them all
we remained close friends.
When I think of you now,
I see your smile
and hear your laughter.
What a gift you have given me.
I will miss you, my friend—
you will always
hold a piece of my heart.

Anita had been my friend for nearly seventy years . I always felt welcomed as a part of her family. She was a special gift that will always be a part of my life.

I am so sorry for your loss. Anita was such a fine woman. I met her when she came to work at Coral Springs High School. Our paths crossed in several ways—her husband was my professor at FAU, her son Paul was one of my first students my first year teaching and her daughter Danielle was my student a few years later. Anita was a warm, sincere lady who will be missed.
