It's been 3 months since you left this Earth & the people that lived you,we now miss the hell outta you & wish you were still here with us.
I wish we could sit & chat like we use to & do marathons of SVU on Saturday nights,have Chinese food or pizza nights & sleepovers..Damn I miss you so much,love you,mama,your always & forever,Charlotte.

I knew Anita for years now. My mother helped care for her. She was always so sweet to me and I enjoyed the time we spent together and at family pinics etc. She was also extremely funny and a spit fire! May you rest in peace ms.anita

Anita Green Rossberg, age 80, of Wallingford, formerly of East Haven, passed away Friday, February 3, 2023 at Midstate Hospital with her family at her side. Anita was born on July 6, 1942, a daughter of the late William and Ruth Green. She was a graduate of Hillhouse High School and Bay Path College. Anita enjoyed traveling to Las Vegas and the casino, an avid reader and crossword puzzle solver, and listening to the music of Billy Joel and Rod Stewart. She was employed by Jewish Family Services of New Haven until her retirement, treasuring a number of close friendships with those she worked with.
Anita is survived by her sons Michael (Beatrice) Martorella and David (Cathy) Martorella, nieces Linda (Tim) Reason and Wendy (David) Goldstein and their children. She was predeceased by her sister Majorie Frankenberger.
Her family would like to thank the staff of the Critical Care Unit of Midstate Hospital and her companion, Charlotte Cooper for their kind and compassionate care.
A Celebration of Life will be held from 12:00PM-2:00PM on March 11 at Brooklawn Funeral Home, 511 Brook St. Rocky Hill, CT. Burial will be private. Www.brooklawnfuneralhome.com
