Dave - so sorry to hear about Anna - I have fond memories of her all the way back to our school days at Tift Co. High. We reconnected again thru running. Anna was such an amazing woman that I admired greatly. Compassionate, humble and generous were just a few of her many positive qualities. I know she loved her family with all her heart. "A mothers love is like a circle, it has no beginning and no end." It was always evident that Dave and Anna shared a genuine love and respect for one another. I enjoyed being in their company and witnessing such harmony. I know she will continue to live in our hearts.

Hagemes, 68 of Hamilton, GA died Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at her home.Funeral services for Mrs. Anna Hagemes will be 11:00 am Saturday, August 1, 2015 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness, Greenville, GA with graveside service being held later at 12:30 pm at Oak Hill Cemetery, Waverly Hall, GA. The family will receive friends from 6:30-8:30 pm Friday evening at the funeral home.Mrs. Anna Hagemes was born January 22, 1947 in Tifton, GA. She loved being a housewife and homemaker. She was an amazing mother and Nana. Mrs. Anna Hagemes was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness Cataula Congregation. She was preceded in death by her mother Reba Stewart Beard and step-father Jack Beard.She is survived by her husband Dave Hagemes of Hamilton; three daughters Rebecca Purvis of Hamilton, Candace Belford of Fortson and Courtney Pridgen of Hamilton; four sons Alton LaDon Shiver of Hamilton, Jody Hagemes of Jacksonville, FL, Christopher Hagemes of Jacksonville, FL and Kelly Hagemes of Chicago, IL; twelve grandchildren.
