My prayers go out to the family and her close friends. Ms. Anne showed me so much kindness and love in the short time I knew her , she taught me so many things. I will miss her . I am sorry I didn't get to spend more time with her this past year. Love you always!

Anne M. Allgauer passed away peacefully at Trinity Grove Nursing Home in Wilmington NC on September 26, 2017 at the age of 91.
Anne was a devoted mother, a wonderful cook, avid reader and a passionate gardener. She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 62 years Arthur E. Allgauer.
Anne is survived by her four sons Mark (Diana) of Wilmington NC; Arthur (Grace) of Metuchen NJ; Roy (Mary) of Bahrain; Andrew (Cyndie) of Lithia FL; and her four grandchildren Lisa and Andrew of Metuchen NJ; Kotomi and Chieko of Lithia FL; her cousin Doris Myers of Wilmington; and life-long friends Gladys Arnott; and Alex and Sylvia Kalmowitz.
A Mass will be held in her honor at Immaculate Conception Church, 6650 Carolina Beach Road, Wilmington NC at 9 am on October 2. The family thanks Trinity Grove Nursing home for their wonderful support and care in her final years.
