RIP my friend.

The first time I met Bawi was in a dream. The Lord had a message for him. I was new to ALC and I asked the Lord if this dream of someone I didn't know had a purpose. To please show me a sign. God is so good not only did he confirm that it was the Lord, but it also was a blessing to me. Jesus works in multiple ways. Bawi will always be in my heart because of the way God connects us.
My deepest condolences and prayers are with you Laura and all those who got to know this special man of God...

Bawi you will truly be missed my fellow Dominican and family, a fact that he reminded me of everytime we saw each other at church. Rest peacefully in God's loving arms.

Laura, I know that Bawi loved and adored you. I remember when he first began attending church with you (when he had those long dreds) and then joined the band. I appreciated how interested he was in my son, Matt and always inquired of him. I'm so glad you had such a wonderful husband who cherished you and all the family. God bless you all. Love you!

Grief can be so hard. Laura I’m so grateful that you have beautiful memories with your husband to carry you through the hardest and darkest of times. I truly hope you will pull on ALL the Love coming from so many who cared for and respected your husband.
