Anthony J. “Tony” Kokolus, 62, of Northampton, passed away on Tuesday, December 5, 2023, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Muhlenberg. Tony and his wife, Rita M. (Nederostek), celebrated 39 years of marriage. Born August 26, 1961, he was a son of the late John and Helen (Micio) Kokolus. Tony worked at the former Cross Country Clothes as a maintenance manager until their closing. He was very knowledgeable with maintenance, carpentry, and anything mechanical that he became a self-employed handyman. Tony had a love for hunting and fishing, especially big game hunting in Africa.
In addition to his wife, Tony is survived by his son, Ty; brothers, John Kokolus, and Allen Kokolus and his wife, Annie; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 24th from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the Reichel Funeral Home, 326 E. 21st St., Northampton.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be presented to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in loving memory of Tony. Online condolences may be offered below.
