ANTONIETTA SPERANZO
“Loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother”
Antonietta (Bilotta) Speranzo age 92 of Waterbury passed away peacefully March 26, 2019 at Saint Mary's Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was the widow of Domenic L. Speranzo.
Antonietta was born December 15, 1926 in Waterbury, a daughter of the late Anthony and Assunta (Iannicelli) Bilotta. She was a graduate of Wilby High School and the former Post College. Prior to retiring, Antonietta was employed as an office manager at TRW in East Hartford. She was a communicant of our Lady of Lourdes Church.
She leaves her sons Ronald Speranzo and his wife Christine of Waterbury, David Speranzo and his wife Judith of Wolcott, her grandchildren Dawn Place, Wendy O'Donnell and Nicole Speranzo, her great-grandchildren Ian Place, Matthew Place and Nathan O'Donnell. She was predeceased by her daughter Marlene A. Russo, her brother Joseph Bilotta and her great grandson Jason O’Donnell.
Arrangements: Funeral Friday 10 a.m. from Chase Parkway Memorial / Albini family Funeral Home, 430 Chase Parkway Waterbury Connecticut 06708 to our Lady of Lourdes Church to celebrate a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery in Watertown. Calling hours Friday morning from 9 to 10 a.m. at the funeral home.
