Not sure what to say?

I just heard of Arland's passing the other day. I am so sorry!!! He was such a great grandfather! I loved how the few times he got to be around my kids....how he treated them like his own grandchildren. What I loved most about him is how he always laughed and smiled! And Oh what a kidder! I again am sorry. May God heal, comfort, strengthen, and give you unending peace.

Sorry to hear of your loss.May god bless you all.

Our sincere condolences for your loss. Our prayers and best wishes are with you all during this difficult time.

Dear Dawn (and Raymond),
Sorry to be late with this, for once bad news traveled slowly. I'll miss catching up with Arland at our reunions--I have known him since I was 6 years old, a thread that goes way back. Love to both of you and your families.

Dawn, Troy, Tracy and Families,
I was so saddened when I read in the chronicle yesterday that Arland had passed away. What a guy he was, always smiling sitting out on the porch as I last remember him. How he used to pick on me when I was out walking said he was waiting for it to rain so my t-shirt would get wet lol. He was a joker and so full of life and I will miss seeing him out on the porch when we come home this summer. You all have such special memories of him and...

Tracey and Troy and Mrs. Bowen,
I'm so sorry for your loss. Your Dad was always so friendly and had a smile whenever I saw him. You have always been such a close family and I'm glad you have so many wonderful memories to hold onto. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. I'm so sorry.

Mrs. Bowen, Troy and Tracy,
I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. I have fond memories of the piles of dirt he left for us to play in with our match box cars, the ice skating rink he made every winter in the yard and the loud, cheerful hellos from the porch every time I came home for a visit. My condolences.

Spring officially started when I saw Arland in his chair on the porch. My walks on Main Street will never be the same. He had a way of lighting up my life. Mr. Personality - never had a problem speaking his mind and I loved every bit of it. He could always make me smile! I will miss his warm, welcoming wave and conversation with all the laughs that went with it.

Dawn I am sorry to hear of your loss. My sympathy to you and your family. I have fond memories of Arland
