A great athlete and avid sportsman, Armando loved his Dallas Cowboys and Houston Astros.  He taught his children and grandchildren how to hunt and gave them a love for the great outdoors.  Armando coached several youth teams in Little League Baseball, Bronco Leagues as well as Harlingen Youth Football.  Along with his brother Omar, the two men were responsible for the incredible success of Harlingen’s Texas Bronco League Baseball.
