Not sure what to say?

Arnold has known me most of my life. I have so so many memories of him. I feel so much sadness. I loved my Arnold.

To Karen and family. We are so sorry to hear of Arnold's passing. We are praying for comfort for the family. We are sorry we will not be able to attend the memorial service, we will be out of town. But just know that you will all be in out thoughts and prayers. We love and miss you Karen and pray you will remember the Lord is with you in all things. God bless you.

Arnold was a quiet man but once he got to know you he would always greet you and always had a smile! I sure thought a lot of him, he was always good to me! Love you brother Arnold, I’m sure going to miss you.

In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always.

I sure enjoyed hanging out and talking about things. He was a lot of fun! He fixed some carburetor’s that I couldn’t. I’ll never forget him.

Arnold was awesome. A very caring person

Arnold's Obituary

Arnold Raymond Aycox, 75, of Valley View, Texas, passed away on September 5, 2025, in Denton, Texas.  The son of Josephine (Gentry) and Marion Rufus Aycox, he was born October 24, 1949, in Overbrook, Oklahoma.

Arnold was a devoted husband, father and family man and a lifelong hard worker. Even after retiring, he remained active—whether it was tending to his home and yard, lending a hand at his church, or simply finding ways to stay busy. Family was at the heart of his life. He cherished time spent together, especially during family reunions, where he found great joy in being surrounded by loved ones.

Arnold was also a true Dallas Cowboys fan, rarely missing a game, and he enjoyed relaxing with western movies and the companionship of his dogs. He loved spending time at the lake and camping, where he found joy and peace in the outdoors. His presence brought warmth and strength to those around him, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Arnold is preceded in death by his parents, Marion and Josephine Aycox; one daughter, Pamela Aycox; one brother, Edward J. Lowery and his wife, Margaret; and mother-in-law, Myrtle Stewart.
