Artie was a dear friend. We spent years together with Biloxi Police Department, and shared many great memories. I last saw him on the coast years ago, and we spent time together at Cruising the Coast. RIP old friend. You’ll always be remembered as the “Bleached Bulldog”. Love ya brother.
