Not sure what to say?

Art was my best friend growing up Drummond Road. I wouldn't know where to begin, to list all we did together. I'll just say, no man had a better friend than Art! I remember making the cart Kenny Hagen mentioned, @ my house @ the end of Drummond Road, & how disappointed we were when it collapsed(they don't make em like that anymore)! I was blessed to have Art & Leslie Glasco to my home in Flushing on Moms 90th. I saw Art twice last summer & treasure them, & that we both went back to Drummond...

Holding up the entire Lloyd, Hutter and Meade families today in prayer, with love and hugs. May this day be an opportunity for those to hear about what Art is experiencing now as a child of God, eternal life with Christ in Heaven. Free from earthly calamity and strife. Amen. In His love and ours, The Helms. Bob, Lori, Tay, Bree and Ezra.

Every thing fits so it has to be. This goes back to 1954-59, we were neighbors on Drummond Rd in Flint. I remember your mother baby sitting my sister Sharon and I. Every spring us boys would search the neighborhood for wood, rope, nails, and wheels to make Little Rascals style go-carts which someone had to push and after about 50 feet the wheels would fall off. I am a year younger than Junior as I remember calling him, so would be about the same age as Johnny. I am so sorry to hear about my...

Karla, Brian, Amy, Angela and your families,
Mike and I were so shocked and sadden to hear of Art’s passing. We are so sorry for your heartache. Art was such a willing and faithful servant for his Lord and Savior. We have no doubt that he heard those words ”well done”. May our Lord and your precious memories bring you comfort as you walk the difficult days ahead. Praying for you, especially today.
Mike n Kim Carpenter

So sorry for your loss. Love Aunt Barb and family

karla and family-So very sorry...

Bro. Art was always the first person you’d see walking into Church. He was always there with a handshake and a infectious smile!! He always showed his care for our family. Kel always enjoyed talking with him and he never made him feel less of a man because he was in a wheelchair. He will leave a void that can’t be replaced. Heaven is getting sweeter all the time. Until we meet again Bro. Art.
My heartfelt condolences to Karla, his children, grandchildren & the many of us who were...

Art was a great friend and member of our church. He was always there when anything was going on, be it working on the church building or the parsonage or working at the Mother Daughter Banquet. He was always available whenever he was needed. He loved to go visiting with the Pastor and Pastor enjoyed him going with him. They were great friends. He liked to play Phase 10, which we did quite often after evening church and eat out all together at Old Country Buffet, which we did nearly every...

I am so sorry to about Arts passing. He was always nice to me. He is at rest and with family.
God bless all of you in your sorrow. I will not be at the funeral home or funeral but I hope
you all have a safe journey back home later.
