Not sure what to say?

You are in our thoughts and prayers. So sorry for the loss of Arthur. What a great man and so blessed with an amazing family. Remember all the great times together. God bless. love and hugs.

There are always people that impact their community in a positive way that they will be remembered for many years. Art is one of those people. He touched so many people in the Marion community as a fixture at games cheering on his kids, grand-kids and the Flyers overall. And many men got a good dose of one on one conversation when it was time for a hair cut. The community of Chickasaw will miss his wit, sports insight and greetings in Low German. Please accept our condolences at this time of...

From Mayberry to Chickasaw, the local barbershop is an integral part of any small town. Art filled that role to perfection. He was one of the first folks I met when I began visiting Chickasaw just over 40 years ago. Art was my interim barber during the brief periods when Fort Loramie didn't have one. He was a great sports fan and I enjoyed every one of our visits. A splendid gentleman. My best to his family.

I am sorry to hear the news and I give you my sympathy. I enjoyed a random encounter with Art and Don and their wives on a trip to Notre Dame years ago. I was on campus with my family when I saw someone who “looked like a Prenger” (I hadn’t see him or Don or their wives in years). So I approached him and it was Art! There was a tremendous vibe with that group so it didn’t surprise me that they were Prengers! Rest In Peace and know that you are all in our prayers.

Great Uncle Art,
I will always remember your humor, good nature, and your big Prenger smile!
May God bless you and your family.

With sympathy. He really loved his baseball!

An amazing man. He will be greatly missed.

Gary & I, Juanita, would like to extend our deepest sympathy to Rodie, & Sandy, and all the family in the passing of Art. He was a great guy. Remembering times you spent with Maurice & Eleanor and family. Praying that God gives you the strength, courage, comfort, and grace that you all need during this most difficult time. Love and prayers to all. May Art Rest in Peace, in the arms of Jesus.
