Not sure what to say?

Astrid was a wonderful lady and she really had a way with people. In addition, she was a great volunteer for the Swedish American Museum and a pleasure to be with at their special events.

May her memory be a blessing. Astrid was elegant, welcoming, kind, funny, and fiercely independent.

Saknar dej.

We met Astrid years ago at the Swedish American Museum. We connected through humor because Astrid just assumed that I spoke Swedish, I don't. Even though I didn't, I knew that she was being her grand feisty self. Once we were pricing items for the Tantalizing Treasures sale at the Museum and she kept pricing things higher that I just priced lower. I finally told her "You know that I'm just going to change them back at the sale". To which she replied in Swedish some choice words I am sure....

Single Memorial Tree

What a wonderful and gracious spirit you shared with us. Blessings and peace.
