AUDREY is a wonderful person. She will be a great addition to heaven. She was Always willing to help anyone in any way. I stayed in touch with AUDREY for 50 years after I worked with her and any communication was a high point in my life. Rest in peace, my dear friend.

I worked as housekeeping at the assisted living facility in Clarkston where Audrey was a resident and she was one of my most favorite people! I will forever remember her kindness, she always made me smile and I loved to go see her in her room and/or give her a ride in her wheel chair down the hall to the dining room or to go play bingo or wherever she may be going at the moment. She will be greatly missed, I have not worked there since September of last year but she’s always been on my mind....

Audrey was a dear friend to my mother and our family. I remember many family dinners together with her, Paul, and my parents. She was always so kind to me and genuinely cared about our family. I am grateful to have known her and thankful her and my mom shared decades of friendship. I was sad to hear of her passing and just hope she knows the impact she had on so many!

Audrey always got a kick out of Lucy’s 'freckles,' and I looked forward to our long chats and the poetry we shared. The first poem Audrey shared with us was “Mongrel” by Robert Service (excerpt):
A doggy dog, a mongrel mixture,
I couldn’t lose him if I tried.
His tail undocked is one wild wiggle,
His heaven is my happy...
