I did not know Barbara, my cousin, much at all since she and I grew up in different areas, Pawtucket Falls, RI and Lowell, MA, respectively. However, when various members of the Ayotte Family passed she and Bill would invariably travel to Lowell to pay their respects. That was very considerate of them given the travel distance and time involved. RIP Barbara!

Karen and Mark, please accept our condolences on the passing of your mom. She was a fixture at all the Scouting Events and Cross Country Meets supporting her grandsons!

I will remember Aunt Barbara for how she made me feel welcomed when I came to her home. She always greeted me with a warm, friendly and hospitable hello. She had a genuine interest in how I was doing and could knowledgeably converse in a variety of topics, ranging from the Red Sox to current events. Thanks for the July 4th memories. We will miss you. Rest in peace.

My sincere condolences on the loss of your wife, mother and grandmother. We first met years ago at one of the neighborhood block parties and then became friends on social media. I enjoyed our conversations about hummingbirds and will think of her every time I see one at my feeder. Losing someone you love is never easy but I hope your pain is lessened by all the great memories you have of her and thank you for sharing this beautiful summary of who she was as a person....
