Barbara was such a sweet lady! No matter where I saw her, she would always give me a hug and treat me like part of her family. She even helped me and my fiancé at the time pick out our wedding rings when she worked at Hughes Jewelers in Spencer! Praying for comfort and peace for her family and friends!

Barbara Kay Ice, 73, of Spencer, died Wednesday, December 24, 2025, at Hubbard Hospice House, Charleston.
She was born February 21, 1952, at Spencer, the daughter of the late Shirley L. "Bud" and Marjorie L. Wilson Meadows.
There will be no visitation or service.
