Have known Barbara a long time meeting her at the first Animal Control Seminar in Marshall, TX, where Dr Shepler introduced us since we both showed dogs.said we were the changed needed in Animal Control. Then later involved in bo t h Caddo Kennel Club and Longview Kennel Club. RIP.
