Barbara Jean Roush

Barbara Jean (Mulford) Roush, 80, of New Haven, WV passed away March 13, 2026, at home surrounded by her family. Born June 9th, 1945, to the late Ira Ray and Opal Mulford. She is proceeded in death by her loving husband of 59 years Glen Allen Roush, Brother Richard Mulford, several brothers in law, and a great-grandchild Palmer Davis.  She is a 1963 graduate of Wahama High School and crowned the homecoming queen. On July 3rd, 1963, she married the love of her life. Barbara then became a homemaker and mother. She enjoyed sewing, quilting, and putting puzzles together. She also enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Sitting on the porch watching them play and swim in the backyard was a favorite time for her. She was the former co-owner and operator of New Haven Hardware.  She leaves behind her children: Tamara Roush, Tanya (Nathan) Davis, Travis Roush, Robin Roush all of New Haven, Kenneth (Rebecca) Roush of West Columbia. Grandchildren: Jeffrey (Travis) Paugh of Albany Ohio, Brant Davis of New Haven WV, Tiffany (Brandon) Bell of Southside, WV, Colby (Tara) Davis of Johnstown Ohio, Leticia (Shane) Loomis of Gallipolis Ferry WV, Kenley Patterson of New Haven and Taryn and Silas Roush. 10 great grandsons: Jaxson, Logan, and Harrison Bell of Southside. Talan Pearson, Titan and Tyran Davis of Point Pleasant WV, Bryce and Owen Loomis of Gallipolis Ferry, and Crosby and Brody Davis of Johnstown, Ohio. 

Graveside service will be 1 p.m. ~ Tuesday, March 17, 2026, in Sunrise Memorial Gardens, Letart, WV, with Pastor Mike Finnicum officiating.
