Bob, I am so sorry to hear of Barb's passing. I met you two a long time ago in our mid-twenties, we had a lot of laughs together through the years
because of the relationship we had with the Rafferty's. Barb and I worked one spring together at the plant stand. I always looked forward to my days working with Barb. She was a no nonsense kind of gal and I had a lot of respect for her. I know there is a big hole in your family, you and all the kids will be in my prayers. God bless you.

Barb and I have been friends for over 33 years going back to our daughters starting kindergarten together; but our friendship went way beyond being room mothers together. We were also neighbors all that time and raised our kids together. Our friendship extended beyond our kids. We had countless wonderful times with our husbands as couples. We worked two different jobs together. We had many unforgettable times just hanging out together and with other girlfriends. There were long phone conversations, pool days, weekend getaways, road trips, and so much more. We never ran out of things to talk about and even better, laugh about. I already miss being able to reminisce about all of our lives’ adventures with her. And I will miss creating new adventures with her. She was a good and loyal friend.
One thing I learned early on about Barb that remained constant all these years was her great love and unwavering support for her family. My heart truly hurts for Bob, Amy, Bobby, Paul and all the rest of her family. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. ♥
Love, Nancy
I would be remiss if I didn’t include my husband, Tom, in this condolence message. As I mentioned, we had many great times with Barb and Bob as neighbors, as couples and with our families. We both loved her and will miss her and we are here, just down the street, for anything you need.

Barb was a classic neighborhood Mom. She kept a good eye on all us kids when we were playing on her block. I’ve known Barb for as long as I can remember and I have so many fond memories of her. She blessed me with my first and oldest friend Amy. From kindergarten to college we would coincidentally have matching outfits, backpacks, sleeping bags, toys, and eventually pets (which both our parents eventually cared for). Barb was funny and good to her family, friends, and neighbors. It won’t feel the same on Greenfield Crossing Court without her. My deepest sympathies to Bob, Amy, Bobby, Paul, and their families. Rest In Peace Barb.
