Barry Ray Bradshaw, Sr.

Barry Ray Bradshaw, Sr., 49, of Bland, VA went to his heavenly home on Saturday, February 18, 2012 from his home surrounded by his loving family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Elizabeth Bradshaw; a brother, Danny Eugene Bradshaw. He was a deacon of the Laurel Fork Baptist Church, Rocky Gap, VA and a member of the Veterans Memorial Committee.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 29 years, Ginny Bradshaw; two daughters and husbands, April Bradshaw and J. B. Trail of Bland, Jessica Bradshaw and Bill Whitt of Port St. Lucie, Florida; two sons, Barry Ray Bradshaw, Jr. and wife, Tiffany, of Bland, Ben Evan Bradshaw of the home; three grandchildren, Savannah Rae Trail, Sierra Elizabeth Trail, and Caleb Landon Bradshaw, all of Bland; two brothers, Teddy Lee Bradshaw and wife, Rita Jo, of Bland, Bobby Dean Bradshaw, Sr, of Pocahontas, VA; a sister, Rita Gail Bradshaw Buckner and husband, Jr., of Bland; a sister-in-law, Linda Bradshaw of Wytheville, VA.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, February 21, 2012, at 7:00 P.M. at the Laurel Fork Baptist Church, Rocky Gap, VA, with the Rev. Travis Bradshaw officiating. The visitation will be Tuesday at the church from 5 to 7 P.M. with service at 7:00 P.M. Private family graveside service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hospice of Southwest Virginia, 600 W. Ridge Road, Wytheville, VA 24382. A. Vest & Sons Funeral Home, White Gate, VA, in charge of the arrangements.
