My condolences to the Riggs Family. I had the opportunity to get to know Mr. Barry Riggs through him coming and working at our athletic events at Camden Fairview School District. I can say he was a man that was dependent and one that took his job seriously. He was always polite and he made you feel that every thing was under control.
