Not sure what to say?

I met Mr. Struse in Feb of 2020 when I was assigned to be his guardian for the Land of Lincoln Honor Flight. I enjoyed interviewing him for the process and was looking forward to accompanying him for his flight in April of 2020. Unfortunately that flight and 2 years of fights were cancelled due to the pandemic. My husband Tom and I knew Barb and Barry for so many years. We first met in Florissant and spent many fun times. Barry had stopped by to visit in his way to appointments over the past few years. I will miss his company. My sincere condolances to his family. I was unaware of his passing.

I only knew Barry for a few years as a fellow Legionnaire! We always liked to have philosophical discussions and shared a lot of the same views on the ways of the world. RIP Barry!

I enjoyed talking to Barry. It was a pleasure to have known him. I will miss our phone calls and chats. Rest in Peace, Barry.

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.
