I remember the very first day Beatriz and her sister joined my first grade class at school. She made herself a regular visitor at our house growing up- the whole family loved her! She inspired me with her passion for life. I am forever changed for having known her!

Loved the times Beatriz came over to the house growing up. When I was planning my wedding, Beatriz, having just completed a Wilton Baking course, volunteered herself and my sister Mary to bake the cake! So many compliments and they had great fun with the project. She was beautiful and had a generous spirit! She will be missed.
