As a child growing up in suburban Chicago, I saw Tito Ben at countless Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, First Communion, and Graduation parties. He always had a big smile and a ready quip or joke. I remember as a little girl thinking he always had rice because I thought he owned “Uncle Bens Rice” products.

He will be missed. My heart aches for you Ninang Brenda and cousin Bev and Logan and Jordyn and Alex. May he Rest In Peace. Your family is in my family’s prayers. Uncle...
