Benjamin Joseph

Benjamin Joseph Sr., age 75, passed away on Monday, October 6, 2025. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ferryde F. Joseph Sr. and Jeanette Bingsley Joseph; his sisters Sophie L. Walker, Ethel Mae Joseph West, and Gwendolyn Vernon; and his brothers Ferryde F. Joseph Jr., Donald Joseph, Rickey Joseph, and Ronald Joseph. He is survived by his children Briana Ware of Texas, Antoinette Williams (Marvin), Alicia Gross Raymond (Elmore Raymond), Benjamin F. Joseph Jr., and Tre M. Joseph; his sisters Cassandra Fournette of California and Elicia Landers (Louis) of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; 17 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, godmother Mildred Eason, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. A celebration of life will be held Saturday, October 25, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at First Pilgrim Baptist Church, 1228 Arts St., New Orleans, Louisiana. Visitation begins at 9:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, New Orleans, Louisiana.
