Not sure what to say?

Farewell my friend you were older than me but I will never forget helping you take that little Hydroplane racing boat down the street to Governor Printz Park and carrying it down the steps to the water. Then we carried the racing engine down and put it on. I remember seeing him smile when that boat jumped up on plane and took off like a rocket. I never saw a boat go that fast but he feared nothing. Rest well my friend till we meet again. Fellow Swamprat

In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always Ben . May God bless your beautiful family in these hard times .

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. I had no idea that you were Ben’s son. We were friends back in the early 70s.

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.

I knew Ben from high school. I met him in eighth grade and we graduated together in 1973. He used to take pity on me that I had to take two buses in the subway to get home to Center city from where we went to school in Germantown and he would often offer me a ride home because we both played sports after school. I don’t think I’ve ever met a kinder man. He was my first husband’s best friend and that’s how I met my first husband. My heart breaks for his family and my prayers go out to them...

So very sorry to hear of Ben’s passing. He was one of the nicest coworkers I ever had the privilege of working with and I also had the privilege to know two of his beautiful grandchildren as I drove them to school he loved them so much once again very sorry

Ben and I shared a birthday (actually I was born on the 13th) but same year. I worked with him at WSSD as a bus driver. He was such a sweet guy, good sense of humor, and enjoyed the job and the kids. He will be missed by all who knew him.

I always looked up to Ben,him being one of my older male cousins.
Remember him giving me his little Honda 90 motorcycle when I was 13 or 14. Remember his drum set in the basement, and how him and Carla always had the latest and best music.
And ,of course, thanks to Ben, we were able to attend the Indy 500 with Mike and friends.
We mourn his passing, and pray for comfort and peace for Janice, Mike, Elizabeth, and Christine, and all the grandkids and family.

I just found out today Wednesday 12/31/2025 about Ben's passing, I am sorry and very upset to hear about this. I got to know Ben a few years back when I was the treasurer of the Indy 500 club and was glad that he, some of the family joined up with the club. I had many great times with Ben out at Indy, the Indy meetings and at the Trappe Tavern every once in a while. He was truly great friend of mine and my thoughts and prayers are with Janice and family.
